Hydrotester Technology features:
The Hydrotester is one of the most important steel pipe inspection equipment.
Though the high-volume low-pressure pump to complete the water injection, and use high-pressure pump to complete high-pressure testing. Simple structure, high testing efficiency with multistation, movable and lockable steel pipe pressure head push plate, which can test various lengths of steel pipes. Hydrotester Sealing Method:

Hydrotester Application:
The Hydrotester Machine is mainly used for all kinds of pipe and pipe fittings inspection, that you can clearly find the pipes pressure bearing capacity and whether there are any quality defects. The pipes can be tested by the hydrotester includes:

Hydrotester pipe main specifications :
The testing pipe OD: φ10 mm - φ1420mm.
The Max test pipe length can be 25m.
The Max test pipe pressure up to 150Mpa.
The Hydrotester pressure holding time can be set. ( 1S - 60S )
High testing efficiency with 1 ~ 6 test stations to select. That can guarantee 1 ~ 6 pipes to be tested by one Hydrotester simultaneously.
YAXING Hydrotester Main Testing Process :
Loading material → pipe clamping → pressure head advancement into testing position → water injection and exhaust → exhaust valve closing → water injection valve closing → pipe pressure injection → pressure holding → pressure relief → water injection pressure testing head back → the clamp loosen → the pipes come out→ water empty by blowing and sweeping → pipe is turned to the material unloading rack ( the rejected pipes to the unqualified stock bin) → the next cycle.
