The Elbow Beveling Machine is designed with rotary table to install the elbow bevel tooling. It adopts two stations servo drive 180° rotation mode, one station is beveling and the other station can complete the loading and unloading at the same time, that can save time and improve efficiency. The beveling speed can be no less than 120pcs/h.
Equipped with workblank measuring mechanism, it is composed of cylinder, measuring head and electrical measuring device, which is used to accurately measure the initial machining size of workblank, precise and speedy. The main cutting head gearbox adopts helical gear transmission mechanism, which has the characteristics of large load bearing and low noise!
