1. Introduction : 

The Hydrostatic Testing Machine is used for all kinds of pipe pressure bearing test , it adopts radial sealing method with functions of flush before test, pressure check, lift and water drainage after test. It is controlled by PLC with features of advanced structure, steady operation.

The main body is assemble type and horizontal structure, testing steel pipe in the machine center. Carrying capacity is strong, with very good strength, stiffness and stability.

3. Hydrostatic Testing Machine Feature and advantage: 

1) The hydraulic liquid filling check valve adopts a unique miniaturized hard seal structure and is installed on the upper part of the liquid filling head assembly to realize high and low pressure waterway isolation, simple and reliable, and extremely low failure rate.

2)High-pressure water valve: The valve core used in the high pressure system adopts the stainless steel hard seal structure developed by our company and does not adopt the seal ring seal. With the advantages of reliable sealing, extremely low failure rate and long service life.

3)The exhaust unloading valve adopts a high-quality stainless steel valve core hard seal structure, and the staged unloading greatly reduces the vibration of the equipment at the moment of unloading and improves the stability of the equipment.
