1. Pipeline Hydro Testing Equipment Introduction :

The pipeline hydro testing equipment is suitable for testing the size steel pipe of OD 10 -1420mm, Max length 25m and Max testing pipe pressure can be 150Mpa. Testing process with manual and automatic two methods ,and single pipe single time testing .

2. pipeline hydro testing equipment Main Composition: 

Frame（including reservoir）, testing pressure head, steel tube lifting mechanism, steel pipe clamping mechanism, loading and unloading material mechanism , steel pipe washing section , alignment mechanism, steel pipe water emptying mechanism etc.

The surfaces of the loading and unloading material rack and so on which are in contact with the steel pipe are covered with a rubber flat belt to protect the surface of the steel pipe from bumps.The pressure tested tube is located inside the frame to prevent high pressure water from leaking to the sides to protect people and equipment safety.

3. The advantage and features :

1) Control voltage of sensors on operation panel and equipment main body are all DC24V safety voltage, which ensures the operator safe . whole system is controlled by PLC and industry control machine, with 3 working modes : MANUAL / DEBUGGING / AUTO.

2)  Equipped with all in one industrial control computer to monitor and save testing date more easily. Do paperless record or paper record of testing results and meanwhile the testing pipe can be monitored in real time through monitoring software;

3) PLC controller adopts SIEMENS S7 series products

4) Low-voltage electric adopts SIEMENS or Schneider products.

4. Main testing process :

Loading material → clamping → test head advancement into position  → water injection and exhaust → exhaust valve closing → water injection valve closing → pipe pressure injection → pressure holding → pressure relief → water injection pressure testing head back  → the clamp loosen  → the pipe comes out →  water empty by blowing and sweeping  → pipe is turned to the unloading material rack( the rejected pipes to the unqualified stock bin) → the next cycle.
