4. Steel Pipe Hydro Testing Machine Main testing process:
Loading material → clamping → test head advancement into position → water injection and exhaust → exhaust valve closing → water injection valve closing → pipe pressure injection → pressure holding → pressure relief → water injection pressure testing head back → the clamp loosen → the pipe comes out → water empty by blowing and sweeping → pipe is turned to the unloading material rack( the rejected pipes to the unqualified stock bin) → the next cycle.
