1. Equipment Features: 

1) The control voltage of equipment operation desk, sensor, and stroke switches is DC24V. On the main machine or operation desk operator can control gate and push door switch .

2) The main hydraulic valves use international standard Rexroth series products.

3) All the cylinders are manufactured by our factory according to National Standard (with National Standard sealing elements)

4) Hydraulic pump station and high-pressure oil pipe are strictly manufactured with pickling passivation treatment according to National Standard. 

5) Temperature and pressure digital display is installed in the operation desk, which can monitor operation temperature and hydraulic pressure in real time.

2. The Elbow Bending Machine main technical parameter:

1) Elbow OD range: φ21 -φ1420mm

2) The max elbow wall thickness can be 120mm

3) The max bending radius: no more than 2.5D

4) Raw pipe material can be carbon steel and alloy steel with seamless and welded pipes
