1. Introduction:

It is a traditional product of Dezhou Yaxing Steel Tube Equipment Factory, which adopts the method of hydraulic propulsion and induction heating to produce a variety of elbows in 1D ~ 2.5D. It combines together extra-short stress line taper mold expanding technology, digital control medium frequency induction heating technology, back pressure free, no back pressure low-energy consumption hydraulic transmission technologies.

2. Main technical parameter:

1) Elbow OD range: φ21 -φ1420mm

2) The max elbow wall thickness can be 120mm

3) The max bending radius: no more than 2.5D

4) Raw pipe material can be carbon steel and alloy steel with seamless and welded pipes

One completed elbow production line includes sawing machine → elbow making machine → press machine ( for elbow reshaping )  → elbow end beveling machine
