Depend on the raw pipes, if raw pipes is OK , the finished pipe is OK.

Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and all kinds of material that can be induction heating.
>Q3: Is it necessary to cold drawn after expanding?
The cold drawn process can accurately control the pipe wall thickness, and make the pipe surface more smooth and beautiful.
>Q4: Is it necessary to heat treatment?
The expansion tube itself is hot processed, some of which do not need heat treatment, such as GB8163 20# steel, some of which need heat treatment, such as 5310 low alloy.
>Q5: Is it necessary to grind and straight after expanding?
Thermal expansion pipe surface will have a layer of oxide skin, but the scale mount depends on raw pipe surface, if the raw material tube surface is clean, almost there’s no scale on expansion pipe surface, whether need grinding depends on customers’ requirement and the pipe application. General needn’t grind. If the expansion pie surface is required very cleanliness,the grinding is necessary.
As for straightening, the pipe becomes soft during heating. If the operation is not standard, or the equipment is not well adjusted in the roller table, occasionally the pipe will not be straight, so a straightening machine is needed. The probability of straightening is very low, but no manufacturer can guarantee 100% straight pipe, so a straightening machine is necessary.
>Q6: Will the press be produced during the pipe expanding process?
Basically, there is no stress generation in carbon steel. After thermal expansion, it does not need to be treated. However, some stress generation occurs in alloy steel, and most customers are equipped with heat treatment furnace.
>Q7: Why need to cut pipe?
Saw cutting is to make the pipe nozzle even, or make the pipe length reach to requirement.
